Natalie Pocoroba is an HR & Organizational Psychology Consultant at Amplēo who helps companies align people strategy with business goals. With twelve years of experience in HR across consulting, government contracting, manufacturing, technology, and private equity, Natalie excels at translating complex organizational challenges into systems that elevate culture and results.

Before joining Amplēo in 2025, Natalie spent seven years in HR leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of HR at a multi-brand, private-equity-owned art consulting firm. There she led organizational redesign initiatives, built compensation architecture, and shaped high-performance, compliant people practices across U.S. and Mexico operations. Earlier in her career, she worked as an HR Director and Business Partner, supporting teams in diverse industries and guiding leaders through change, performance management, and engagement strategies.
