Marie Kyle

Marie Kyle is a CFO consultant at Amplēo. Marie is a seasoned CFO who has been successful in transforming the accounting and finance functions of all the companies she worked for throughout her career. Her experience includes leading all aspects of the accounting department, including strategic planning, cash and financial forecasting, creating annual budgets, monthly financial reporting, and M&A. She has experience hiring and mentoring, establishing internal controls, creating GAAP-compliant financial statements, and implementing ERP systems.

As a CFO and member of the executive team, Marie provides daily financial insight used in organizational business decisions, protecting assets and assessing risk while implementing the company’s business strategy of growth and success. Marie works closely with IT, Sales (forecasts and quoting module,) Production, Quality, HR, and Supply Chain Management (inventory management and availability,) providing timely guidance to execute the company’s plans.

Marie understands the importance of relationships for the success of the business. She has built strong relationships with customers, vendors, bankers, outside auditors, insurance, and other service providers. These relationships allow our business to progress when issues arise, and the relationship and connection is there to resolve the issue quickly.

Marie has a fun and positive personality and enjoys spending time with people at all levels of the organization. One of her strongest assets is the ability to communicate well. She enjoys teaching and mentoring and can deliver presentations to all levels. Marie can simplify and explain complex accounting and finance concepts to anyone in the organization. Marie is fully bilingual as she is a native speaker of Spanish.

Marie was instrumental in the consummation of two M&A transactions, one was a private buyer and the other a private equity group. She was responsible for all the company and financial due diligence and worked alongside M&A advisors, attorneys, auditors, etc. Once the deal was finalized, Marie assisted with the purchase price allocation and created the financial statements of the new company. Those financials were audited, and an unqualified opinion was issued.

Marie enjoys being active when not at the work office. She enjoys weekly workouts at Orange Theory and on the weekend’s family time hiking with her husband, daughter, son and their two dogs. The family also enjoys downhill skiing on the weekends.
