Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2022, Jourdyn worked for 7+ as a Senior Accountant and Controller, doing operational streamlining development, while effectively analyzing and improving processes. She has been consistently engaged in workflow improvement, with a focus on transparency and open communication. She also has strong customer service skills which have helped her develop and maintain positive business relationships.

David Mink

David founded Avalaunch Media in 2012 and built it into one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in the country: 50 people, 8 figures, clients like Red Bull, GoPro, and Microsoft. Ryan Purser

Ryan Purser has helped companies secure hundreds of millions in debt and equity financing, and specializes in forecasting, financial models, KPIs, and the system upgrades that make them all work. He spent nearly a decade in finance, operations, and eCommerce at Cricut, leading the finance team through a $280M IPO, and has optimized SaaS and hardware-enabled tech companies, run global operations and supply chain, and built BI teams from scratch.
