Most recently, Jake served as CFO at Foot & Ankle Specialists of Utah. Throughout his time there, he helped scale the group from 5 clinics to 23 clinics and supported $20M+ of affiliated real estate growth—without requiring private equity backing—through disciplined reporting, planning, and execution. During this period, he led the transition from cash-basis to accrual/GAAP-ready standards to improve cash transparency, reporting timeliness, and audit readiness. He oversaw the group’s $90M operating budget, strengthened capital allocation discipline, supported diligence and integration for 15+ acquisitions, and advised ownership through the process of a successful exit.

Jake is an execution-oriented finance leader who is especially skilled at identifying the operational drivers behind financial performance leading to interdepartmental budget ownership, reliable KPI dashboards, and management reporting that improves visibility and accountability across teams. With Lean Six Sigma training, he streamlines the month-end close and reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness—helping leaders act on reliable, real-time information.
