Debbie Shaner is an Accountant at Amplēo who is versed in many different business industries and has experience implementing new systems such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Fishbowl. She has worked with several payroll systems, including ADP, QuickBooks Payroll, Gusto, and Paylocity. Debbie has over 25 years of accounting and business operations experience. Debbie enjoys problem-solving workflows and ensuring systems are simplifying the daily workload. She likes to assist in training her clients on using their software and fully understanding their processes.

Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2021, Debbie worked for 15 years as a Director of Operations, managing all departments of the organization. Debbie was instrumental in moving them from QuickBooks to Netsuite, setting up inventory, finance, and HR within NetSuite. Debbie has served in multiple leadership positions, including her local Chamber of Commerce, school sports, and Boys Scouts of America. Debbie enjoys continually educating herself on software programs that can assist her clients.

Jason Parr

Jason has spent 30 years going deeper into one discipline while most firms go broader. He joined Peisner Johnson in 1996 and built his career there learning every service line, working through every kind of situation, and eventually becoming President and CEO. Dana is known for bringing clarity to complex people challenges by combining executive coaching, organizational strategy, and hands-on execution. Ryan Purser

Ryan Purser has helped companies secure hundreds of millions in debt and equity financing, and specializes in forecasting, financial models, KPIs, and the system upgrades that make them all work. He spent nearly a decade in finance, operations, and eCommerce at Cricut, leading the finance team through a $280M IPO, and has optimized SaaS and hardware-enabled tech companies, run global operations and supply chain, and built BI teams from scratch.
