Prior to joining Amplēo in 2026, Dan spent more than 16 years as a Chief Financial Officer, leading financial transformations and acquisition‑driven growth initiatives. This followed seven years serving as a Fractional CFO, where he provided M&A and turnaround consulting to small businesses and established a strong foundation in strategic advisory work. Throughout his CFO career, Dan led a significant number of successful transactions and oversaw the expansion of operations into a broad network of locations across multiple states, contributing to meaningful revenue growth and improved margins. He built shared‑services platforms that generated multimillion‑dollar annual savings, implemented automation that reduced labor and operating costs by millions, and managed a multimillion‑dollar real estate portfolio that converted rental spend into long‑term asset value. Dan has also served for more than a decade as a board member for the Wendover Airshow and Museum and volunteered on the Utah Microfund credit committee.
