Andre Berlendis Bueno is a CFO / Transaction Advisor at Amplēo with 19 years of financial experience, including 13 years in private equity, global investment banking, and corporate venture capital, and 6 years in finance leadership positions at publicly traded companies. Throughout his career, he has worked on multiple client engagements advising on over $20 billion of strategic transaction value and capital raise, across the entire capital structure, both nationally and internationally, for clients ranging from startups to large public and private enterprises. Andre’s sector experience encompasses Edtech, SaaS platforms, technology, industrials, services, holding companies, fintech, and energy/infrastructure.

Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2023, Andre was a Managing Director at WGU in Utah responsible for leading corporate venture investments and startup initiatives in EdTech and Fintech SaaS platforms as well as evaluating strategic transactions and partnerships. Before WGU, Andre spent 2 years with Incentrum Group in NY as Executive Director advising and assisting private equity investments and M&A; 7 years with Merrill Lynch investment banking in both NY and LatAm as head of M&A for Merrill Lynch in Brazil; and 6 years in the auto sector, where he was the CFO of a joint-venture operation for Ford in Brazil with $100M in revenue and 700 employees. Andre is a trusted advisor to C-level clients and boards on strategic corporate finance decisions including holding company asset portfolio optimization, capital structure and balance sheet optimization, valuation, financial and operational scenario planning, capital raising, and M&A advisory.
