Sloane Schmidt is a CFO consultant at Amplēo who works with individuals at all levels of the organization and all forms of business.  She has experience in the following industries:  Healthcare, Winemaking, Retail, Saas, Apparel, Manufacturing, IT/Technology, Fabrication, and Various Services. She approaches work with curiosity and values collaboration with her clients and peers.  Much of her experience has been interacting with clients who have no or minimal understanding of finance and teaching them how to control what they can in their areas of responsibility.

Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Sloane worked 20 years as an Accounting and Finance Professional supporting both small/medium-sized businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies in operations, strategic initiatives, change management, and FP&A modeling across the organization. She has assisted companies with many types of projects including (but not limited to) ERP transitions, capital budgeting/forecasting, and audit/tax prep.  One of her strengths lies in efficiency evaluation and implementation.  She’s a collaborative leader who understands the perspective from the 10,000-foot level but can also work with the details driving results.
