Skyler is an analytical problem-solver. He studied at BYU getting both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in professional accounting while pursuing a physics minor to have fun solving even more problems. After graduation, he went to work for a small company doing the catching up and fixing up of accounting and internal controls. There he learned that he enjoys looking at processes and numbers to understand how the problem came to be, how it can be solved, and how the process can be improved to ensure better performance in the future. From that experience, Skyler knew he wanted to continue to help growing companies with their accounting problems and joined Amplēo and has had the pleasure of helping transition accounting and inventory systems, solving problems, and other accounting work since. In his spare time, he enjoys writing and participating in theater.
