Justin Smith is a CFO at Amplēo who specializes in managing financial results in fast-paced, high-growth organizations. Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2022, Justin worked for seven years as VP of Finance and Administrative Support for England Logistics.  He was part of the executive team responsible for growing company revenue from $330mm to $650mm in a six-year period.  Justin is also involved in his local community by serving in a volunteer capacity for local youth sports and religious organizations.
