Throughout his career, he has worked with companies ranging in size from privately held start-ups to large publicly traded corporations. Before becoming a consultant at Amplēo in 2022, Ryan worked 11 years as VP of Finance and Accounting at a privately held SaaS fintech with annual revenue growth from $8M to $170M where he led the finance team from startup through hyper-growth stages resulting in two private equity transactions and a majority equity sale. He also worked with Deloitte as an audit and assurance manager in the technology, construction/engineering, public utilities, and retail markets with client annual revenues ranging from $10M -$1B+. Ryan’s expertise includes the development of KPIs, financial and board reporting, budgeting, forecasting/financial modeling, debt management/compliance, system implementations, internal controls development, and SOX.
