At Amplēo, Mai partners with executive teams to shape market positioning, optimize customer acquisition, and operationalize marketing for scale.
Before joining Amplēo in 2025, Mai worked as a senior marketing and growth executive, most recently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Daisy and EVP of Growth at Crumbl Cookies. At Daisy, she repositioned the brand to secure $18M+ in VC funding, built a white-glove customer experience model, and led marketing and customer insights across a national footprint. At Crumbl, she scaled the brand from 100 to 1,000+ stores, drove $1B in annual revenue, and pioneered a social-first strategy that turned Crumbl into a household name with 20M+ followers. She also built and led data, international expansion, and franchise growth functions.
Earlier in her career, Mai held roles at Meta (Facebook) and founded Pham Franchising LLC, giving her hands-on operational and P&L leadership experience. She brings a proven track record of navigating complexity, driving impact, and aligning marketing with business objectives.
