John Scadden is a CFO consultant at Amplēo who provides strategic financial leadership to growing companies ranging in size from $10M to $150M in sales. Before joining Amplēo, John’s most recent experiences included CFO roles at two contract manufacturers, a commercial equipment manufacturer, and a consumer product manufacturer. John focuses on improving gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow, and banking relations. Collaborative by nature, John has helped founders achieve complete exits via sales to strategic acquirers and partial exits via the identification and selection of the right private equity partner. John received his MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management and his BS in business economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. John enjoys spending time with his family, skiing, fishing, golfing, and traveling.
