Before joining Amplēo in 2024, Iva worked as a Global Talent Lead at Google for 13+ years, building and leading teams, strategies and programs that have helped hire tens of thousands of employees for some of Google’s fastest growing, key revenue generating businesses. She has experience living and working in EMEA, APAC and the United States. Iva speaks 4 languages and is currently making the best of life in Colorado by enjoying the outdoors, hiking and cycling.
